Caroline’s professional trajectory took flight in 1997, where she began honing the sharp operational instincts that would become her trademark. By 2000, her world expanded even further. For over two decades, her life has been a masterclass in Global Alignment, she lived between the sophisticated boardrooms of Europe and the rising potential of Africa. This cross-continental journey spanning from the start of her career in Kenya to the heart of the European business landscape allowed her to master the "Parisian Rigor": a standard of impeccable precision, quiet luxury, and zero-friction communication.

The Mission 

With 25 years of experience navigating high-level operations, Caroline realized that the gap between African talent and Global opportunity wasn't a lack of skill; it was a lack of Architecture.

She founded The Johnston Standard and the GRW Digital HQ Training Residency to be that bridge. She doesn't just train assistants; she mentors Strategic Architects who can command the Control Tower for any CEO in the world.

The Legacy for Caroline, success is circular. Through the Johnston Legacy Foundation, 10% of all revenue is reinvested into digital literacy and professional empowerment in Siaya and Mombasa.
